And every day is a struggle to get out of bed, to smile. I have good days, bad days. And days where I just want to give up. And days where I ball my eyes out. Depression/anxiety is a thing. And not something some makes up. No one wants to struggle with mental illness. So if you know someone with mental illness. Be there for them. And give them a break. There will be days where they don't want to do anything. Don't take that to heart. Don't hold that against them. And don't give up on them. And deafly don't stop being their friend.
